This story here about the illegal breeding of puppies really makes me ANGRY..will continue blogging when I get home..I told hubby to read this story when we got home..remember hubby said ONE dog is enough but after he read the story and seeing the cute little puppies me decided to head to petfinder to see dogs surrounding our area for adoption lol..There are several once once that we thought it was pretty cute.

Ralph
Snow Bear
Hubby loves Ralph the most. He said that Ralph is even cuter than Stanley..sob sob..I told him that Stanley will always be my NUMBER ONE..I think other dogs like Snow bear that's cute too. So many to choose from..Ralph's adoption fees cost $500 I think we should just browse it because it's cost too much to adopt another dog that price moreover the only reason I want another dog just because I feel bad for those puppies in the puppy mill and I just want another dog to play with Stanley..hehehe..

For some reason today I wanted to make some Cinnamon rolls so after work I came home and made some. Asked hubby to test it for me..Even me when I don't eat my own baking I liked it..It's really sinful and I cannot believe that I would even eat it..
Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls

1 (1/4 ounce) package dry yeast
1 cup warm milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup margarine
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
4 cups flour

FILLING
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/3 cup margarine, softened

ICING
8 tablespoons margarine
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
For the rolls, dissolve the yeast in the warm milk in a large bowl.
Add sugar, margarine salt, eggs, and flour, mix well.
Knead the dough into a large ball, using your hands dusted lightly with flour.
Put in a bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place about 1 hour or until the dough has doubled in size.
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface, until it is approx 21 inches long by 16 inches wide. It should be approx 1/4 thick.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
To make filling, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Spread the softened margarine over the surface of the dough, then sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the surface.
Working carefully, from the long edge, roll the dough down to the bottom edge.
Cut the dough into 1 3/4 inch slices, and place in a lightly greased baking pan.
Bake for 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
While the rolls are baking combine the icing ingredients.
Beat well with an electric mixer until fluffy.
When the rolls are done, spread generously with icing.
p/s: I didn't take any pictures of my Cinnamon Rolls because we already dug into it...Will take it when I make more soon. Hubby said I should hide it from him so that he don't eat everything lol.

Stay tuned for Stanley's second class...:)

hey babe,
regardin the blog listin in google, you need to go to your blog SETTING, change the "Let search engines find your blog?" to YES.

another thing you need to make sure is that you have installed the PPP code to your blog. for that, you need to go to "MY BLOGS" in PPP, and get the code. copy and paste the code into your blog's HTML code. there's instruction on where to place the code in there.

hope this helps.. if not, we'll sort it out again ok. :)
